Omega Introduces the New Seamaster Planet Ocean Worldtimer in Two Distinctive Colours

Omega is bringing its Worldtimer to the Seamaster Planet Ocean collection. Since 2017, this style has been a favorite in the Aqua Terra 150M range. Now, it is getting a bold new look in ceramic, offering two eye-catching options for travelers who want both function and style on their wrists. Each 45.50 mm model follows the sleek design of the Planet Ocean Deep Black, featuring a brushed black ceramic case [ZrO2] and a matching ceramic bezel with a laser-ablated diving scale in positive relief.
At the heart of the Worldtimer is a beautifully detailed depiction of Earth. The continents are displayed on a grade 5 titanium surface, showing a view over the North Pole—created with laser-ablation and varnish. The result is an incredible level of detail that brings the planet into sharp focus.

Encircling the map is a 24-hour display under hesalite glass, splitting day and night. The outer section of the dial is finished in DLC black and decorated with a polished honeycomb pattern, also created with laser-ablation.
The two versions of the new Worldtimer include:
- A model with turquoise varnish, with hands and indexes filled with white Super-LumiNova. It comes on a black structured rubber strap with turquoise stitching and a ceramic-and-ceramised titanium foldover clasp.
- A model with grey varnish, featuring hands and indexes filled with Omega’s new grey Super-LumiNova. This version also has a black structured rubber strap but with a grey underside.
Like all Omega Worldtimers, this watch connects you to time zones across the world, with global destinations circling the dial. These aren’t just decorative details—they let wearers track time across multiple cities, including Omega’s hometown of Bienne at GMT+1.
Inside, the automatic Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 8938 powers the watch, visible through the sapphire crystal caseback. And with a water resistance of 60 bar (600m / 2000ft), this Worldtimer is built for adventure.
